Bai Mu Dan is a wellness forward tea café based in Pune, India, offering handcrafted teas, single estate coffees, and a thoughtfully curated plant based menu. Rooted in ritual and minimalism and the slow living luxury, the brand blends tea culture with conscious living. It creates sensory moments that extend from sip to space.
This packaging design project was completed within a tight one week sprint. What sets the process apart is that it went beyond branding. It involved a usability audit to identify disconnects in the information flow. These insights shaped a reimagined "unboxing experience" that does not just inform but "unfolds" Bai Mu Dan’s story through layout, hierarchy, and pacing.
The final system uses refined typography, a muted wellness aligned palette, and a structured flow to turn packaging into a moment of calm, designed to be sensed, not scanned.
